*1) When used in environments where temperature and humidity are over the values of 50°C 75%, 60°C 50%, 70°C 35%, and 80°C 25%, sensor hysteresis may fluctuate by values greater than ±1.5%RH. Under certain circumstances, it may take some time to return to normal measurement capability.
*2) Compared to the value measured by the T&D standard sensor for calibration under our calibration light source.
*3) Only "Endless" is available when using RTR-500W for Windows.
*4) If necessary, serial communication can be established by using our communication protocol (contact your local distributor) to write a software program. In such a case, an optional serial communication cable (TR-07C) is needed.
*5) Battery life varies depending upon the ambient temperature in which it is used, the recording interval, the frequency of communication, and the battery performance. All estimates are based on operations carried out with a new battery and are in no way a guarantee of actual battery life. When infrared communication function is enabled, battery life may be shortened if the unit is used under the inverter type fluorescent lighting.DimensionsTR-74Ui

Measure and Record Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light (UV), Temperature and Humidity
TR-74Ui Illuminance UV Recorder is a data logger designed to simultaneously measure and record four items: Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light (UV), Temperature and Humidity. This versatile data logger can be applied in a wide range of applications, from business to personal use.
Temperature/Humidity Sensor Selection
The TR-74Ui standard package includes our THA-3151 Temperature/Humidity Sensor and the TR-74Ui-H high precision package includes our HHA-3151 Temperature/Humidity Sensor.
View Cumulative Illuminance and Cumulative Amount of Ultraviolet Light in LCD Display
In addition to Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light (UV), Temperature and Humidity, the TR-74Ui is also capable of displaying Cumulative Illuminance and Cumulative Amount of Ultraviolet Light in the LCD display.
Cumulative Illuminance Display Range: 0 to 90,000,000 lx·h Cumulative Amount of Ultraviolet Light Display Range: 0 to 62W/cm²·h
Measure Illuminance within Wide Range
From dim moonlight to the summer sun, Illuminance can be measured within a wide range.
Illuminance Measurement Range: 0 to 130,000 lx
View and record Illuminance in Resolutions to 0.01 lx
High resolutions of up to 0.01 lx make it possible to measure even under less light conditions.
Simultaneously View Four Measurement in One Easy-to-Read Graph
The recorded data downloaded from TR-74Ui Units is read by the Multi-scale Graph and the data of four items, Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light (UV), Temperature and Humidity, can be simultaneously viewed in graph or tabular form as well as printed or output.
Large Logging Capacity: 8,000 Data Sets
The TR-74Ui Illuminance UV Recorder can measure and record up to 8,000 data sets. (One data set consists of readings for all channels: Illuminance, Ultraviolet Light, Temperature and Humidity.) At the longest recording interval of 60 minutes, a Unit can record one year's worth of measurements.
* The battery life for a TR-74Ui Unit is about 6 months. In order to record measurements consecutively for 1 year, the battery should be periodically changed. Battery life varies depending upon the type of battery, the battery performance, the measuring environment, and the frequency of communication.
Transmit Recorded Data to PC via USB Connection
It is possible to connect a TR-74Ui Unit directly to your computer with a USB cable. If the computer has more than one USB port, it is possible to connect multiple TR-74Ui Units to one computer at the same time.
Connecting more than one TR-74Ui Unit at a time can only be done if using Windows 7 and Windows Vista.
Moreover, it is possible to gather current readings from the TR-74Ui connected to your computer and view those readings in the computer display.
